The E-learning unit is a pioneering project of Qassim College of Medicine. It has achieved national and international recognition, and it is becoming a leader in e-learning in medical education in the Middle East. With more than 150 courses online, 100% of courses use e-learning, 60-140% of students visit the e-learning daily, lectures,  interactive discussions, paperless exams and electronics surveys, glossaries, e-portfolios. It features virtual labs, virtual pathology and histology slides, podcasts of clinical examinations and lectures, virtual patients.
