Faculty Development Unit has a broad range of activities to assist faculty in their many roles. The unit prepares faculty members for their academic roles and improves their knowledge and skills in the areas of teaching, research and administration. The ultimate goal of the unit is to provide faculty members the knowledge and skills relevant to their institutional and College position and to sustain their vitality both now and in the future. The Unit aims at sustaining and enhancing faculty growth and development and their integration into the College community, fostering collaboration and sharing of skills, and knowledge across faculty and staff members, strengthen the academic culture; develop partnership with other professional development units, improving the efficiency of faculty and staff members in various aspects of their duties.
